Taylormade Facades has been manufacturing precision EPS architectural mouldings since 2003. Based in Aberdare, Wales, we supply coordinated facade profile packages to architects, contractors and developers, with UK & Channel Islands delivery, including Jersey and Guernsey.

Taylormade Facades was founded with a clear purpose: to supply precision-engineered architectural mouldings using standard, adapted or fully bespoke profiles coordinated from the project's architectural information.
Since 2003, we have worked alongside architects, main contractors and residential developers to translate facade concepts into buildable, coordinated profile packages. Every project is different. Our process starts with your GA drawings and section details, and ends with profiles coordinated to minimise unnecessary site adjustment.
Our facility in Aberdare houses CNC hot-wire cutting and finishing capability under one roof, giving us direct control over manufacturing quality, tolerances and production scheduling. The result is a consistent, reliable supply chain that our customers can plan around.
We are a family-run business, with close communication between estimating, technical coordination, manufacture and delivery, helping maintain continuity throughout the project.

Full Lifecycle Support — From Drawing to Delivery
Technical Coordination
We take your GA drawings and develop a coordinated profile schedule, identifying the relevant junctions, returns and terminations before manufacture begins.
CNC Manufacture
Profiles are CNC-cut in-house and finished to a standard manufacturing tolerance of -2 mm / +2 mm from the approved nominal dimensions unless otherwise agreed in writing, supporting consistent manufacture across different project sizes and repeat orders.
Finishing & Coating
Polymer basecoat applied in our facility prior to despatch. Profiles can be supplied basecoated for finishing by others, or fully finished — specified with your order.
Delivery & Site Support
Supply-only or full installation. UK & Channel Islands delivery, including Jersey and Guernsey, with site technical support where required.
Accreditations Supporting Main-Contractor Supply Chains
We hold CHAS and SMAS Worksafe accreditation, helping support main-contractor prequalification and supply-chain onboarding.
Taylormade Facades is an authorised applicator of the VPI RHÉATHERM 600 system. Supporting documentation includes UK Technical Assessment UKTA-0836-22/6381, issued by the British Board of Agrément, together with VPI's written authorisation. Both documents are subject to their stated scope and conditions, and applicability to individual Taylormade profile constructions and project requirements is confirmed at technical-submittal stage. Supporting documents are available in our technical library. We are separately working towards our own BBA certification.
